Built for where the work actually is

Field service software has a geography problem: the software lives at a desk, and the business happens everywhere else. Every hour between the two — the job notes scribbled to be entered later, the invoice that waits until tonight, the "where's Mike?" phone call — is friction the desk imposed.

So we built the app around the six things owners and crews told us they reach for most:

Crew locations and history. See where every crew member is right now on a live map, and the full location history per employee — who went where, when. When a customer calls asking where the crew is, you answer while they're still asking. Location tracking respects working hours and is visible to employees; it's an operations tool, not a surveillance one.

The whole communications hub. Every email and SMS thread with customers, crew, and employees, in the same unified inbox you have on desktop. Answer a customer question from the truck without hunting for their number or losing the thread.

Live job updates. Open the job, see everything — line items, notes, gate codes, history. Update status, add notes, capture before/after photos on the spot. The photo taken at 2:14 PM is attached to the right job at 2:14 PM, not "uploaded later" (which we all know means never).

Estimates and invoices from the field. Price a job in the driveway, send the estimate before you've left the curb, invoice the moment the work's done. The customer who says "can you also quote the back fence?" gets a number while their enthusiasm is still warm — this alone changes close rates.

Crews clock in from the phone too

Employee seats — $5/month, same as always — include the app. Crew members see their assigned jobs and routes, clock in and out, capture photos, and message the team, all with the access level you've set per person. What they don't see is your finances, other crews' business, or anything else outside their lane; permissions carry over from your account settings.

For the crew, honestly, the pitch is simpler: no more texting a photo of a paper schedule, no more "what's the address again?" calls at 7:40 AM.
