for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude
text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information
will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not share, sell, or use SMS opt-in data or customer phone numbers for
our own marketing purposes, nor do we share this data with third parties
for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is not shared with any third
parties except as required to deliver the message (i.e., passing the
message through our SMS provider, Twilio).
SMS data collected through the JobVivi platform — phone numbers, opt-in
consent status and timestamp, opt-out status, and message delivery
metadata — is used solely to facilitate business-to-customer text
communications on behalf of the account holder, honor opt-out requests,
and maintain consent records for regulatory compliance.
End customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

SMS Program Summary: JobVivi Business Notifications
is a transactional SMS program operated by JobVivi (Vivi Ventures LLC).
Customers receive appointment reminders, on-my-way notifications, job
status updates, invoice and estimate delivery, and customer support
replies. Customers opt in via the consent banner on their invoice or
estimate page, in the customer self-service portal, or by recording
point-of-service verbal consent via the business dashboard. No
messages are sent without confirmed opt-in.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Customers
will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
Frequency: Varies based on business activity, up to
approximately 5 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
