1. Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We have not yet reached that goal everywhere. This page explains what we do today, where we know we fall short, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
2. What This Covers
- This website, jobvivi.com.
- Pages that businesses send to their customers: online invoices, estimates, payment pages, and the customer portal.
- Sign-in, sign-up, and password reset.
- The signed-in JobVivi app used by businesses and their employees, and the JobVivi mobile app.
We give priority to the pages your customers see and the pages anyone can visit without an account.
3. What We Do
- Every code change to this website and to the customer-facing pages is checked by automated accessibility rules. Changes that break those rules fail our build checks.
- Every page of this website, and the main customer-facing components, are scanned with the axe-core accessibility engine as part of our automated tests.
- Every page of this website has a “Skip to main content” link and labelled navigation landmarks. Menus on this website and in the customer portal can be opened and closed with the keyboard, including the Escape key.
- Forms on this website and on the customer-facing pages have labelled fields, and their error messages are announced to screen readers.
- Customers can approve an estimate by typing their name instead of drawing a signature.
- We raised the contrast of text and buttons on this website and on the customer-facing pages, measured against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. We fix the underlying pages instead.
4. Known Limitations
These are the problems we know about and are working on:
- Signed-in business app. Some form fields in pop-up dialogs are not yet linked to their labels for screen readers, and some clickable elements cannot yet be reached with the keyboard.
- Schedule and maps. Drag-and-drop scheduling and the route and crew maps rely on a mouse or touch. The same information can be viewed and edited in the job list and job details.
- Charts. Dashboard charts do not yet have full text alternatives.
- PDF documents. Downloaded PDF invoices and estimates are not tagged for screen readers. The same information is on the web page linked in each invoice or estimate message.
- Mobile app. The iOS and Android apps have not yet been reviewed against WCAG.
- Manual testing. We have not yet completed a full manual review with screen readers. Automated tools catch only some kinds of problems.
5. Third-Party Content
Some parts of JobVivi are provided by other companies, such as card payment pages from Stripe and Square, sign-in with Google, and Google Maps. We choose providers that publish their own accessibility commitments, but we don’t control their pages. Content that a business adds, such as logos, photos, and descriptions, is the responsibility of that business.
6. Feedback & Help
If something on JobVivi is hard to use with your assistive technology, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. Email support@jobvivi.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line, or use our contact form. Please include the page address and what you were trying to do.
We aim to reply within two business days. If you can’t pay an invoice or approve an estimate because of an accessibility problem, tell us and we will help you complete it another way, for example with the business directly.

7. How We Assess
We assess JobVivi ourselves, using automated tools (eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y and axe-core) and code review. We have not commissioned an independent audit. We review this statement whenever we make significant changes, and at least once a year. It was last reviewed on October 5, 2026.
