Delete Your JobVivi Account

Effective Date: October 14, 2026

You can permanently delete your JobVivi account at any time, in the JobVivi web app, in the iOS or Android app, or by emailing us. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

1. Delete in the App

On the web (app.jobvivi.com):

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Account Settings.
  2. Under Delete Account, click Delete account…
  3. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE to confirm, and click the delete button.

On your phone:

  1. Open the JobVivi app on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in.
  2. Open the menu and tap Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  4. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE to confirm, and tap the delete button.

If your trial has ended or your subscription is inactive, the web and mobile apps show a Delete account option on the upgrade screen instead. Deletion in the app happens right away.

2. Delete by Email

If you can’t sign in, email support@jobvivi.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email address registered to your account. We can’t verify requests from other addresses, so we’ll ask you to resend from your registered address. We delete the account within 30 days of verifying the request.

3. What Is Deleted

If you own the business account:

  • The business account and all of its data: customers, properties, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, messages, settings and connected integrations.
  • The logins of everyone on your team.
  • Any paid JobVivi subscription and add-ons are canceled immediately. If we can’t confirm the cancellation, nothing is deleted and the app asks you to contact support, so you’re never billed for a deleted account.

If you are a team member:

  • Your login and your personal settings are deleted.
  • The business’s records, such as jobs and invoices you worked on, belong to the business and stay with its owner.

If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke JobVivi’s access to your Apple ID, and we revoke any Google Calendar or Google Contacts connection. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone, so export anything you need from the web app first.

4. What We Keep

  • Billing records we are legally required to keep, for the period the law requires. Payment processors such as Stripe keep their own transaction records under their own policies.
  • A short internal record that the deletion happened (the business name, account email and date), and an internal account identifier that stops a deleted account from being recreated automatically.
  • Copies in encrypted backups, which are overwritten on our providers’ normal backup rotation.

See our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle your data.
